Recent changes in the mortgage industry have changed the face of mortgage lending, including being able to provide accurate instant rate quotes for each individual. Keep in mind that many factors now play into your final rate. These factors include credit score, value of the property, down payment, the amount of the loan, the type of property (owner occupied, second homes, condo or PUD, state and municipality). The rates we show online are very basic in nature, are not adjusted for any of these factors and do not apply to jumbo loans (loans of $417,000 or more). The rates are subject to change at any time and should only be used as a guide.
